• Dust and spot clean cabinet fronts.

• Clean/polish stove top and exterior vent hood.
• Vacuum and mop kitchen floor.
• Remove trash, replace the bag, wipe exterior of trash can.
Bathrooms
• Clean mirrors.
• Dust light fixtures.
• Spot clean cabinet fronts.
• Scrub the shower, shower walls and tub.
• Clean counters, sinks and polish fixtures.
• Disinfect toilet and toilet area.
• Vacuum bathroom rugs
• Vacuum/Sweep and disinfect floors
• Remove trash, replace the bag, wipe the exterior of the trash can.
ALL ROOMS
• Dust all furniture – polish as needed.
• Dust banister and handrails.
• Vacuum all floors/stairs and mop hard surface floors.
• Vacuum all furniture (if possible).
• General Straightening.
• Vacuum under all furniture (if possible and accessible)
• Remove cobwebs and dust ceiling fans.
• Dust reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans.
• Dust wall art and exterior AC/C vents.
• Disinfect light switches and doorknobs.
• Dust and spot clean doors and door frames.
• Dust windowsills and window ledges.
• Dust baseboards.
• Dust TVs, electronics, knick-knacks, book tops, picture frames, lamps, etc.
Standard Cleaning Extras
• Clean oven (interior) and clean refrigerator/freezer
• Change linen and/or make all beds
• Hand wash baseboards
• Wash interior or exterior windows (window screen must be removed by the client)
• Hand wash wood blinds or shutters.
• Hand-wiped interior and exterior cabinets.
• Dishes.
DEEP CLEANING
Bathrooms
• Clean mirrors.
• Wipe all reachable light fixtures.
• Wipe cabinet fronts (when the houses are empty, clean interior and exterior cabinets, inside medicine cabinets, and drawers)
• Scrub shower, shower walls, and tub
• Clean counters, sinks and polish
• Disinfect the toilet and toilet area
• Vacuum bathroom rugs
• Remove trash, replace bags, wipe the exterior of the trash can
• Clean and disinfect the bathroom floor.
Kitchen
• Hand wash countertops
• Wipe or hand wash the backsplash
• Detailed cleaning of sink and polish faucets,
remove hard water and food stains.
• Clean oven interior and exterior
• Clean refrigerator interior and exterior
• Hand wipe small appliances and other items
• Clean microwave (inside and out)
• Clean and polish stove top and vent hood
• Detail cleaning under electric range burners
• Vacuum and mop the kitchen floor
All Rooms
• Wipe all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fan blades (If reachable)
• Remove cobwebs and dust wall art
• Disinfect light switches and door knobs
• Hand wipe door frames and doors
• Hand wipe window sills and window ledges
• Dust baseboards
• Dust TVs, electronics, book tops, knick-knacks, lamps, etc.
• Hand polish all wood furniture
• Dust banisters and handrails
• Vacuum floors and mop hard surface floors
• Vacuum under all furniture (if possible)
• Vacuum living area furniture and crevice
Deep Cleaning Extras
• Change linen and/or make all beds
• Hand wash baseboards
• Wash interior or exterior windows (must be reachable) Window screens must be removed by the client.
• Hand wash wood blinds or shutters.
• Hand-wipe interior and exterior cabinets.
• Dishes.
Move-in/Move-out Cleaning
Our move-in/move-out cleaning service includes all Deep Cleaning tasks plus the deep cleaning extras
( the house must be empty of furniture and appliances and the cabinets must be empty so we can deep clean the interior).
Commercial Cleaning
will provide free on-site estimates without obligation, and there are never any hidden fees.
